The 2010 Sun-Herald MS Readathon Ultimate Story was bigger than ever this year with 835 entries from 77 schools.

Over three weeks this May, four children's authors and one student author contributed a chapter to a sequential story that was published in the Get Writing supplement each Monday. Students were invited to write the final chapter of the story that revolved around a ghost called Baggy Bones!

The winning student for 2010 is Billy Robertson, from Year 9 at Cowra High School. Billy’s concluding chapter will be published in The Sun-Herald (Extra) on Sunday August 8.

Congratulations to all the young writers and their teachers for contributing to the success of this competition. Billy's winning chapter will be available online on Monday August 9.
