Boost your students' literacy and critical thinking with Herald Education
Our programs are used in over 2,000 schools in NSW and the ACT every year, and are specially tailored to suit each level, from Primary to HSC, across the full curriculum.
They've been created by award-winning Herald journalists in consultation with teachers across the state and the NSW Department of Education. They give teachers and students inspiring, current content in a variety of engaging formats including printed newspapers, digital editions and more.
The Herald content and resources stimulate thought and action in and outside the classroom, encouraging young readers to become active and informed citizens.
On this site you will find information on our various programs and subscription offers including:
* Teacher subscriptions
* Herald in the Classroom programs
* HSC student materials
* Educational resources
* Current activities
* Research materials
* Much more
The resources and activities support the NSW/ACT school curriculum and assist teachers and students in using The Sydney Morning Herald and The Sun-Herald every day to generate discussion and learning.
