Congratulations to the Year 5/6 students from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Studies Group at Weetangera Primary School and their teachers, Lynn Price & Lyle Swan!
 
The students cleverly focused on the theme of Aboriginal Pride and Reconciliation,using the Rainbow Serpent head to represent the sun from the middle of the Aboriginal flag and used a mix of art, poetry and composition to express their thoughts.
 
Chullora Public School were the runners up and our congratulations to Mrs Fenwick, Miss Panousis and their students from Class 4P for their fabulous Rainbow Serpent chalk art - decorated using Aboriginal symbols, on Dharug People Land.
